Второй вариант включает образование внутри мезопор SBA-15 тетрагидратного комплекса изоникотината кобальта и последующее прокаливание композита, состоящего из SBA-15 с добавлением кобальтового комплекса. Установлено, что преимущество данного способа заключается в уменьшении образования оксидных частиц вне мезопор. Синтезированные материалы исследованы с помощью различных физических методов, таких как рентгенофазовый анализ, сканирующая электронная микроскопия, просвечивающая электронная микроскопия и температурно-программируемое восстановление. В образцах Co3O4 на SBA-15 содержится также небольшое количество золота в качестве промотора, и все эти материалы используются как катализаторы при гидрировании коричного альдегида. Композитный материал, синтезированный методом прямого осаждения, показал многообещающие результаты в реакции гидрирования, обеспечив 50 %-ную конверсию коричного альдегида и 66 %-ную селективность по гидрокоричному альдегиду при температуре 170 °C и давлении водорода 2 МПа.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The full-text of the article will be published in the English version of the journal "Catalysis in Industry" No. 4, 2024.</p><p>Nanoscale Co3O4 has successfully been supported onto the mesoporous SBA-15 following two methods viz. direct deposition (DD) and isonicotinate ligand assisted (INL) route. The later method (INL) involves the formation of cobalt isonicotinate tetrahydrate complex inside mesopore volumes of SBA-15 and subsequent calcination of the cobalt complex loaded SBA-15 composite. The present method is found to be advantageous in reducing the formation of oxide particles outside mesopores. The synthesized materials are investigated by various physical tools such as XRD, SEM, TEM and H2–TPR in combination with N2 adsorption–desorption study. As a promoter, little amount of gold is also deposited in SBA-15 supported Co3O4 samples and all these materials are explored as catalysts in the hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde.
