Согласно результатам, полученным в статическом реакторе, для получения максимального выхода основных продуктов в качестве исходного субстрата следует использовать жирную кислоту. Из экспериментов в проточном реакторе определены оптимальные условия процесса для получения спиртов и восков: температуры в диапазоне 280–330 °С и давление от 3,5 до 5,3 МПа. Предложены схема процесса парциального восстановления жирных кислот, учитывающая целевые (жирные спирты) и все побочные кислородсодержащие продукты, и математическая модель, описывающая данную схему. Определены константы основных стадий превращения олеиновой кислоты, которые могут быть использованы для оценки распределения продуктов при вариации времени контакта.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The partial reduction of fatty acid derivatives into corresponding fatty alcohols was studied in static and continuous flow reactors. The experiments with a static reactor showed that obtaining the maximum yield of major products requires a fatty acid as an initial substrate. The experiments in a flow reactor allowed us to determine optimal conditions for the production of alcohols and waxes: temperatures in the range 280–330 °C and pressures from 3,5 to 5,3 MPa. A theoretical scheme of the partial reduction of fatty acids was proposed. The scheme takes into account the target products (fatty alcohols) and all oxygenated side products. A mathematical model describing the scheme was suggested. Rate constants for the main steps of the conversion of oleic acid were determined.
