В работе изучены закономерности формирования дисперсной фазы оксидов Мо, Al, Fe, Co, Ni с размером частиц 100–1000 нм методом терморазложения при 200–250 °С обращенных микроэмульсий (МЭ) на основе синтетических ПАВ и пентадекана при содержании металла не более 0,05 мас.%. Нативные нефтяные стабилизаторы углеводородной фазы МЭ (асфальтены, компоненты легкого газойля и гудрона) способствует снижению размеров синтезируемых частиц до 127–200 нм и позволяют повысить содержание металла в стабильной суспензии до 2 мас.%. В условиях гидроконверсии гудрона по методу обращенных эмульсий in situ синтезированы наноразмерные катализаторы (MoS2 с размером частиц 10–50 нм, а также комбинированные Al-, Mo-, Co (Ni)-содержащие системы), проявляющие высокую активность в подавлении реакций полимеризации высокомолекулярных компонентов сырья.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In recent years, researches on the synthesis and application of nanoscale catalysts of hydroconversion were intensified. In this paper, formation of the dispersed phase of oxides of Mo, Al, Fe, Co, Ni with the particle size of 100–1000 nm is studied. The oxides were prepared at 200–250 °C by thermal decomposition of reverse microemulsions (ME) based on synthetic surfactants and pentadecane with the metal content below 0,05 wt.%. Native petroleum stabilizers of the hydrocarbon phase of ME (asphaltenes, components of light gas oil and tar) contribute to reducing the size of synthesized particles to 127–200 nm and to increasing the metal content in the stable suspension to 2 wt.%.
