Образцы исследованы методами адсорбции (БЭТ), РФА, РФЭС, ПЭМВР. Определена активность приготовленных катализаторов в реакции окисления CO: показано, что активность образца FeOX/γ-Al2O3 выше активности образца FeNO/γ-Al2O3. Установлено, что активным компонентом катализатора, полученного пропиткой раствором Fe(NO3)3, является α-Fe2O3, а при использовании раствора (NH4)3[Fe(C2O4)3] – твердый раствор Fe3+ в γ-Al2O3. Образец FeOX/γ-Al2O3 и промышленные катализаторы ЩКЗ-1 и ИК-12-73 испытаны в процессе сжигания бурого канско-ачинского угля в кипящем слое. Показано, что использование данного образца позволяет достичь высокой (95 %) степени выгорания бурого угля и снизить уровень выбросов СО по сравнению с уровнем, получаемым при использовании инертного материала.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Iron-containing catalysts for the deep oxidation were prepared by impregnation of a support (γ-Al2O3) with a solution of (NH4)3[Fe(C2O4)3] (sample FeOX FeOX/γ-Al2O3) or a solution of Fe(NO3)3 (sample FeNO FeOX/γ-Al2O3). The samples were studied by the BET method, XRD, XPS, and HREM. The catalyst activities were determined in the oxidation of CO: it was shown that the sample FeOX FeOX/γ-Al2O3is more active than the sample FeNO FeOX/γ-Al2O3. It is shown that the active component of the catalyst obtained with Fe(NO3)3 is α- Fe2O3, while the active component of the catalyst obtained with the solution of (NH4)3[Fe(C2O4)3] is a solid solution of Fe3+ in FeOX/γ-Al2O3. The sample FeOX FeOX/γ-Al2O3and industrial catalysts SHKZ-1 and IC-12-73 were tested in the combustion of brown Kansk-Achinsk coal in the fluidized bed.
