Изучено влияние количества растворителя (13,7–19,1 моль/л), начального соотношения пропилен : пероксид водорода ((2÷5) : 1), температуры (30–60 °С) на выход целевого продукта – оксида пропилена – и побочных продуктов: 1,2-пропиленгликоля, 1-метокси-2-пропанола и 2-метокси-1-пропанола. На основании полученных закономерностей даны рекомендации по условиям синтеза оксида пропилена на лабораторной установке непрерывного действия.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Quantitative information was obtained on the effect of process parameters on main relationships of the liquidphase epoxidation of propylene with aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide in the presence of extruded titanium silicalite in methanol. The influence of the solvent concentration (13,7–19,1 mol/l), reactant ratio of propylene: hydrogen peroxide ((2–5) : 1), and temperature (30–60 ・・С) on the yield –propylene oxide and byproducts –1,2-propylene glycol, 1-methoxy-2-propanol and 2-methoxy-1-propanol was examined.
