Рассмотрены новые катализаторы гидроолигомеризации бутенов на основе бифункциональных систем NiO/В2O3-Al2O3, PdO/В2O3-Al2O3, MoO3/В2O3-Al2O3. Показано, что наилучшие показатели процесса (выход жидких продуктов С5+ 67 мас.% при степени превращения бутенов более 90 %) обеспечивает катализатор PdO/В2O3-Al2O3, предварительно восстановленный в среде водорода. Показана принципиальная возможность гидроолигомеризации ацетилена на катализаторе NiO/B2O3-Al2O3. Установлено, что для гидроолигомеризации ацетилена, как и для олигомеризации этилена, принципиальным является наличие в катализаторе катионов никеля (II), химически связанных с поверхностью носителя.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Current state of processes for manufacturing motor fuels based on consecutive reactions of oligomerization and hydrogenation of unsaturated hydrocarbons was briefly analyzed. New catalysts based on bifunctional systems NiO/В2O3-Al2O3, PdO/В2O3-Al2O3, MoO3/В2O3-Al2O3 for hydrooligomerization of butenes were discussed. The PdO/В2O3-Al2O3 catalyst pre-reduced in hydrogen was shown to provide the best process parameters (67 wt % yield of liquid C5+ products at 90 % butene conversion). A possibility in principle of acetylene hydrooligomerization over NiO/B2O3-Al2O3 was demonstrated.
