Приведены данные о наиболее перспективных штаммах микроводорослей, продуцирующих липиды. Оценено влияние на накопление липидов, состав биомассы микроводорослей и их метаболизм таких факторов, как состав среды, температура, рН и освещенность. Показано, что среди субстратов, используемых для культивирования микроводорослей, наиболее перспективными являются сточные воды. Рассмотрены подходы к получению биодизельного топлива из липидов микроводорослей с использованием биокаталитической переэтерификации различными липазами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Modern research activities in the field of synthesis of biodiesel fuel from microalgae are discussed. The data on most promising microalgae strains producing lipids are presented. The influence of the factors such as the medium composition, temperature, pH and illumination intensity on the lipid accumulation, composition and metabolism of microalgae biomass is estimated. It is shown that wastewater exhibits most promise among the substrates used for microalgae cultivation.
