В работе изучены каталитические свойства цеолитов FAU, OFF, MOR, ВЕА, MTW и MFI в Н-форме в синтезе олигомеров пентена в автоклаве при 110–200 °C. Установлено, что высокая активность в олигомеризации цеолитов H-Y и H-Beta (18), на которых выход олигомеров достигает 97–100 %, обусловлена их широкопористой структурой и высокой концентрацией кислотных центров. В составе полученных на этих катализаторах олигомеров присутствует, в зависимости от условий реакции, 30–73 % димеров, 25–50 % тримеров и 2–14 % олигомеров с числом мономерных звеньев n &gt; 3. Узкопористые цеолиты (H-ZSM-5) или цеолиты с одномерной системой каналов (H-OFF, H-MOR, H-ZSM-12) менее активны в олигомеризации пент-1-ена, основными продуктами реакции на них были децены.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Oligomerization of pent-1-ene is an effective process for synthesis of high-quality environmentally friendly fuel components. Catalytic properties of H-zeolites FAU, OFF, MOR, ВЕА, MTW and MFI were studied for synthesis of pentene oligomers in an autoclave at 110–200 °C. The wide-pore structure of H-Y and H-Beta (18) zeolites and the high concentration of acid sites were established to cause the high oligomerization activity to obtain 97–100 % yields of oligomers. Oligomers obtained over these catalysts comprised, depending on the reaction conditions, 30–73 % dimers, 25–50 % trimers and 2–14 % oligomers with more than three monomer units (n &gt; 3).
