Окисление кумола при катализе смешанными Сu(Mg)Al-оксидами и эффект фенантролина

Аннотация

Исследовано жидкофазное окисление кумола молекулярным кислородом в присутствии Cu(Mg)Al-оксидов, приготовленных методом механоактивации и последующего прокаливания. Катализаторы охарактеризованы с применением рентгенофазового анализа, спектроскопии диффузного отражения, температурно-программируемого восстановления и адсорбционных измерений. Окисление кумола проводилось в статическом реакторе; изучено влияние состава и количества оксидов, температуры (60–90 °С) и времени реакции на конверсию субстрата и состав продуктов окисления. Выявленные закономерности объяснены в рамках механизма цепного радикального окисления с учетом характеристик оксидов. Обнаружен сильный промотирующий эффект фенантролина на активность Cu(Mg)Al-оксидов и установлены оптимальные условия окисления, обеспечивающие селективное получение гидроперекиси кумола как наиболее востребованного продукта окисления (более 90 % при конверсии кумола 30 %).
